Summary:
Cliff is investigating the disappearance of “The Yellow Snake” a treasure that had some super powers associated with it. You have to have it and start a war on a particular day which will guarantee you victory. With such a tight timeframe, Cliff, with the help of Joan, will do anything they can to stop this criminal. Problem is, the criminal’s identity might be a little too close to home.
Overall: I’m sure that this story as a book by Edgar Wallace had to make much more sense than this film made. I found it a mess that was actually difficult to follow. We have adopted kids, multi-racial kids, arranged marriages and frankly that still has nothing to do with the stolen merchandise. It does have something to do with the fact most of these people are related to each other in unhealthy ways. And god forbid any of them try to hook up with each other…which they attempt regardless. No reason to catch this. Skip it. Comparison: Rush Hour meets Bucket of Blood |
