Summary: In prison and awaiting execution, Dr. Frankenstein recounts to a priest what led him to awaiting his death. He inherited his family's fortune when he was still only a young boy. He hired a renowned tutor and he immediately developed an interest in medical science. Soon he and the tutor work on life, death and reanimating dead animals, and soon, dead people!

Overall: A decent Hammer film, starring the always brilliant Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee. Good film, sorta long but can’t go wrong for purely entertainment purposes that these types of film.

          Comparison: Frankenstein meets May
