Cosmic Monsters/The Strange World of Planet X (1958)

Summary: In a small English village, Dr. Laird and his assistants are conducting experiments with magnetic fields. The results may have military use as his equipment can organize molecules to make solid metal more flexible. Soon, they notice that the magnetism is affecting the village and as it happens, is the sudden appearance of giant insects, bugs that have mutated as a result of the experiments. Can anyone survive???           Overall: I thought very little of the film…it was boring, sorta useless and didn’t do much for me at all. I think the summary makes the film sound more interesting than it is. Blah!           Comparison: Them! meets It!
