Q: Ms. Christine, can you explain how you first got into the movie business.

A: I first got into the industry when I moved out to Los Angeles in 2005. I came out here solely to pursue an acting career.

Q: Would you please explain why you applied to be on VH1’s “Scream Queens”?

A: I thought that it would give me some good exposure and a chance to improve my acting skills. Of course, I wanted to win the prize as well, but I knew that just being on the show could benefit my career too.

Q: Looking back, what did you think of your performance on the show?

A: I think that I did the best I could with what was handed to me. I tried to stay focused and creative, despite the emotional roller coaster I was constantly on and overall I'm happy with how things turned out.

Q: What would you say was your best experience, best individual performance, or perhaps just something you learned that was really beneficial to you?

A: The best experience on the show was definitely when we got to shoot the Vampire Western trailer in Universal Studios. I have been going to Universal Studios since I was a kid and have ALWAYS dreamed of shooting on the backlot there. I also have a crazy love for vampires and for the old west, so to have all 3 of those loves rolled into 1 day was pretty phenomenal! It was awesome!!

Q: Did you watch the show each week on TV to see how it was edited/aired or maybe just skipped it since you already knew how the outcomes were gonna go?

A: Yes, I watched it every week. I couldn't wait to see it! It was crazy to see multiple days of stress and drama and passion crammed into 45 minutes!

Q: Was there anything that did not air on the show, that you would like to share? Maybe something funny off the set or maybe unaired competitions or something else?

A: I think I just wish they had showed more of my performances in general and also more of class with John. Our class was usually about 2-3 hours long and there were a lot of interesting things that happened that just didn't make it to TV. Oh well!!

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to share about this experience?

A: It was definitely one of the best things I've ever done. I had to opportunity to perform in so many different scenarios and take on so many unique characters and really challenge myself. As an actress, the experience of completely submersing yourself into acting is extremely inspiring and just FUN! I had a great time.

Q: Can you tell me a little bit about films and projects you have worked on in the past?

A: I have done a lot of independent feature films and short films. Most recently is a film called "The Millennium Bug" which is about a giant bug that rises from the earth on New Years eve 1999. I play "Clarissa" the films heroine. It's a throwback to a classic monster movie using puppetry and real special effects. It will be hitting the festival circuit next year. You can also see me in the teen slasher flick "Murder Loves Killers too" in which I play "Aggy", a young girl who is preyed on by a maniac in the woods. Also, in the thriller "Bureaucracy" I play a blind women who's brother is secretly building a bomb to kill his boss. Both are available on Netflix or Amazon.

Q: Is there any movie director or producer you’ve never worked for that you really want to work for one day?

A: I would LOVE to work with Tim Burton. I absolutely love him and feel like he and I would work very well together. If you are reading this Tim, please look me up on imdb and contact me :)

Q: If we were to do an interview 1 year from now, what do you think you’d have going on that we’d be talking about?

A: I hope that I would have moved forward with my career and we would be talking about the latest film I did.

Q: Anything you wish to add for my readers and visitors? Something special about you that they probably do not know?

A: Firstly, I want to thank them for watching the show and for reading this interview :)

Also, a random little fact about me that most people don't know is I also have a passion for writing and drawing. I recently wrote a children's book and I am currently working on all the illustrations and hope to get it published soon!

Q: Finally...this is an "Obscure Horror Movie" website. Can you name the last horror movie you watched either at the theatres or on dvd, etc? How about name a favorite horror film that you have seen that most people probably haven't seen?

A: The last horror movie I watched was called "Lake Mungo". It's an Australian film and it was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves ghost stories. Thanks for reading!

Q: Thank you very much for doing this.
