Summary: The newest group of pledges from the Gamma Kappa fraternity arrive at a cabin to take part in their mandatory initiation. Little do they know a masked lumberjack is stalking and killing whomever he runs into in the woods. Looks like a little revenge is needed!
Overall: The usual David DeCoteau fare. Mostly naked men running around in their underwear, talking plenty of showers and constantly in a state of undress. And for those of the gay male persuasion and the heterosexual ladies…it’s a film for you. If you watch it with the commentary on, there’s no question that David makes films he enjoys and frankly enough people have enjoyed his work to get him to 6 of these titles, plus the countless others copycatting with different names. It’s not very watchable for the heterosexual male, unless you’re with your girl…but frankly these actors are built and maintained and then average straight male horror movie viewer. So watching it with your girl will most like turn into a discussion about you needing to start exercising. As for the plot…it’s the same as previous films. Nothing special there. What bugged me was the constant re-use of shots many, many times over. It might say 90 minutes on your dvd cover but I’d say a good 20 minutes are reissues of the same exterior shots…folks running side to side, over and over and over again. Skip it.
