- written September 21st, 2010

- Brenna Roth has appeared in many movies, including a starring role in "Trilogy of Blood". Anyone looking for more info on Brenna or her films, can visit her at her IMDB page.

Q: Ms. Roth, can you explain how you first got into the movie business?

A: Troma! When I was in school for theatre I auditioned for “Poultrygeist” and they thought I was great, so that was my first film. Lloyd hooked me up with being a “Tromette” and I started getting lots of film offers.

Q: Would you please explain your acting role in "Trilogy of Blood."

A: Haha. All I remember is the tight ass dress and I got my fingers cut off. The rest is history I suppose.

Q: If there were one part of the filming that was more difficult than you expected, what would that be? Getting a costume to work? Appearing in a certain scene? Certain lines?

A: I had a hard time dying the first time. I was so into it (Horror Convention Mass) that I really had a hard time when I was done. It was like “woah, I just died”. Hard to explain I guess, but it’s difficult to do for the first time. I can really good now.

Q: Looking back, I know that you’ve also appeared in many films. Can you tell me a little about each film and your experience with it? First, “Killer Biker Chicks”?

A: KBC was INSAINE!!! I was in the middle of death valley in a 1 bedroom house with 2 beds and a couch with Elske McCain, Scarlette Salem, 2 Los Vegas strippers and a midget. Not to mention that we only had 1 bathroom. It was rough! But…that was one of the best films I’ve ever done and I am looking forward to working with the director again this winter in Nevada.

Q: How about “Fist of the Vampire”?

A: Len K is an amazing Director. I would work with him any day! I just finished Wendigo with him this past winter and it looks great. He is a real artist and he understands that the actor sorta needs that small push to be better. He really made me a better actor.

Q: And finally "Heavy Mental"?

A: YEAH! Silver Bullet guys are great. I met these guys through other Troma appearances. When they ask me to do this film, I read it and laughed my ass off. It’s the funniest movie I’ve ever done.

Q: Is there any movie director or producer you really want to work for one day? Or perhaps any actors or actresses you’d like to star with in a film?

          A: Kathren Bigelow.

Q: What do you look for when picking projects?

A: The substance of the character. Who else is involved, what format they are shooting on, where it’s being filmed at, if any hotter girls are in it, lol.

Q: Anything you wish to add for my readers and visitors? Something special about you that they probably do not know?

A: Oh yeah! I gave Monique Dupree a nickname of MOMO so please tell everyone to use it!!! She likes it, so it’s ok.

Love your site, tell your readers I try to reply to all private messages on Facebook and please make good cinema!

Q: Finally...this is an "Obscure Horror Movie" website. Can you name the last horror movie you watched either at the theatres or on dvd, etc? How about name a favorite horror film that you have seen that most people probably haven't seen?

A: I don’t know, Paris Hilton’t sex tape scared the shit outta me. It’s pretty wicked. I couldn’t sleep for weeks after that.

Q: Thank you very much for doing this.
