Banned from numerous festivals around the world, ignored by critics and loathed by the politically correct....but now there just is no stopping THE BLOODY APE!           Overall: Gotta love the DVD cover saying “Super Simian Special Edition.” It’s a “bad” film in that it’s not gonna win an Oscars for plot or effects. But its an amusing bad film because of the cheesy acting and effects and the tons of gore. Good film giving us nudity, gore and trying to make us feel repulsed. It’s totally worth a get together with your friends, some beers, popcorn, etc. You’ll laugh till you pass out!           Comparison: Murders in Rue Morgue meets Carnivale
