Bloodletting (2003)

Summary: Butch Harlow is a serial killer who finally gets caught…by a friend of a victim who wants her own sort of revenge. But she plans on getting trained by him first since she has her own taste for blood. Soon the two start to hit it off and killing people only enhances their own sexual desires!!!           Overall: I found more than a few things wrong with this film, but the plot wasn’t one of them. I liked the ideas and frankly with a different cast and better dialogue, maybe this film works. As it is, we have very silly people having very silly conversations and there is nothing that looks remotely plausible in this film. It then feels long because frankly, the actors aren’t very good and don’t deliver their lines convincingly enough. The effects are weak and the whole baby exploding scene was downright sad. Sad in the execution. Stay away from this.           Comparison: Polymorph meets Seven
