Are You Scared 2 (2009)

Summary: We have 4 young adults playing a fun GPS game involving finding hidden treasures and then searching for more. Anyone can play and of course anyone can provide a lot more violent aspects to the game. These 4 end up stuck in an abandoned house run by a man playing an online reality game in which these 4 will be the victims.           Overall: I’ll admit, I didn’t go into this with the best attitude. I expected crap and I got it. It’s not truly awful, but just nothing special here. The effects are weak, the characters aren’t that interesting. I’ll give them credit for the GeoHunt game as being different and new to the horror genre. But the film didn’t really need to be titled as a sequel when they’ve got nothing to do with each other.           Comparison: Are You Scared meets It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World
