Arachnia (2003)

Summary: Professor Mugford and his students are on the way to Arizona to check out some fossils. However the plane ends up crashing and soon they realize they’re right next to a den of large spiders. Thy must fight for their lives amongst creatures they can’t kill!           Overall: The spiders are soooo bad in this film, I forgot that they still used claymation special effects. This was so bad, it was awful. A true waste of time. The film’s one positive point was to have 2 characters introduce themselves and the others in a span of 4minutes which at least means you knew who everyone was very early on. That was nice. But the rest was really bad. Bad, bad effects and the lack of a good story to go with the awful spiders. Please miss this.           Comparison: Eight-Legged Freaks meets The Lost World
