Apartment 1303 (2007)

Summary: Mariko is investigating the shocking suicide of her sister. Seems her sister just moved into a new apartment and during the party she decides to jump from the balcony. The more Mariko investigates the more she realizes her sister isn’t the only one who has died after living in this apartment. Problem is…Mariko might not live through this ordeal!           Overall: I really had problems finishing this film and it’s for the same reasons everyone else doesn’t like it: it’s basically a rehash of “The Ring.” Many films being made are all the same thing…rehashing that film and adding one element such as a cell phone, a camera, a tv, etc. This film adds an apartment. Some pretty ladies but nothing much else here. It’s not an awful film by any means. Just nothing new.           Comparison: The Ring meets The Apartment
