Summary: Don is held up in a house in the British countryside with his wife and 4 strangers. A child shows up, having been chased by the infected locals and soon all 6 of them need to abandon the home. Don is the only one escaping successfully, but leaving his wife, cowardly, to die in the process. Months later, the Americans with a NATO force have determined that the country is safe again and allows people back in. 2 of those new residents are Don’s kids who once reuniting with dad, eventually figure out mom is alive. Mom has been in hiding with the virus but immune to it. But soon she’s gonna give it to someone and once again Britain will be “all the rage!”

Overall: I enjoyed the movie, a lot. The first film really focuses on what happens right after. The isolation, the fear, the impending doom. This film is more about action, attack and gore. It’s a good film lots of great shots. The Helicopter one was done quite well. A winning shot there! But also the “over the head” copter shots, showing the countryside, the emptiness were all very good. The effects are just flat impressive. Showing us empty London streets and buildings and the fire-bombing that does occur. You’d almost think this all really happened! Bottom line, very good film. The attack scenes tend to be very high impact and flash shots, where at times, it’s difficult to pick out what is happening exactly. You get just an idea with tons of visual movement. But a winner film here. Do enjoy!
